Card works with a pi 400, you will need to set the HDMI output to 1080p to get sound, the amiga rom work right out of the box. but i had to change sound output to HDMI 1080p to get sound on other roms . I uesd hdmi port 2 on my Pi as i messed up the settings on port 1.
The card will work on Pi 400 you just need to alter some settings so make a back up just in case you mess it up like me.
