Osool Group was born in 1989. The start was with New Dimension co. as Egyptian joint company. She was operating in Information technology & communications. New Dimension specialized since its start in establishing & maintenance computers networks, as well the technical support for the industrial & commercial companies providing the comprehensive solutions. The group developed its works by adding Sky Soft co. in 1996 as a need to greater support in the field of programming & multi media.
From this date till 2006, the group continued to add different systems to its investments in order to have variety of investments, in addition to providing the support and co-operation between the different sectors. This was because of her belief in diversity as a reason of long aged companies and lead to distinguish & innovation.
Now at her 20th stop, Osool Group has been & always concern in distinguish & difference to conquer new fields.
It is obvious in here breaking computer markets in time there was no existence for this market in Egypt. After that she issued the first specialized magazine in computer and communications. This magazine has been unique by interesting in end users and providing not only the press news but gathered between press and market under one slogan (price – News- Decision).
Distinguish always create innovation so that Osool Group pursued to break new fields in different sectors. Till 2006 she begins to leave the local borders to move outside Egypt. All is under one holding umbrella covering 17 aged of hard continuous work to have strong great body Osool Real Estate & Touristic Investment & Development (OSOOL)  
In our 20 years old, our future stop will be in the United States of America as it is the thermometer of world economy.
